Five things you can do
1) Contact your legislators and urge them to reject Governor Scott Walker's plan to gut the Impartial Justice Act. To learn more about this issue go here. 2) Join the Citizen Vigil for the Greater Good. Join others in keeping a spotlight on special interest influence over lawmaking at the Capitol and pressuring legislators and the governor to approve a law creating full disclosure of the money used to pay for election advertising as well as other reforms. 3) SIGN THE ONLINE OR PRINT VERSIONS OF THE PETITON PROTESTING THE U.S. SUPREME COURT'S DECISION IN CITIZENS UNITED V. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION. Become one of the UNITED CITIZENS AGAINST CITIZENS UNITED who oppose unlimited corporate spending in elections. 4) ORGANIZE A NEIGHBORHOOD MEET-UP OR COMMUNITY FORUM. You supply the meeting place and the crowd, and we'll supply the speakers, informative materials and to-do lists. To get started, just hit "Contact" at the top of this page or use the contact information below. 5) WRITE A LETTER TO THE EDITOR OF YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER.
